I love being a coach. The best feeling in the world is witnessing the moment a client awakens to the truth of who they are and what’s possible for their life. It’s the moment they realize freedom, self-love and purpose are not only a possibility, but a birthright.
I am a multi-dimensional coach and I focus on transformational work. My approach is informed by intersecting currents of professional experience, extensive training, apprenticeships and invaluable lessons that were forged in the fire of my own suffering and healing.
I was a tech founder for seven years. We raised over $100M and our technology is in over 2.5 million homes in the USA. I led growth, revenue and B2B business development; and I closed partnerships with Apple, Google, Comcast, Honeywell and other publicly traded companies. I helped generate over $200M in revenue from B2C and B2B. I contributed to over 100 patents. I met with US senators and convened with the heads of the largest conglomerates in Japan. I even managed to appear on TV a few times. It was a powerful chapter in my life. I achieved everything that I believed I needed (and was told) to achieve. Yet all that success never gave me the sense of completion that I believed it would.
That emptiness set me on the soul’s path that I’ve been walking for 7 years. My journey started at a men’s emotional retreat that broke my emotions wide open. Alongside 49 other men, I accessed the parts of me that have atrophied for decades: my emotions. It set me on a new path: exploring the profound impact of emotions on transformation, healing, and liberation. It set me free and impacted every area of my life. It made me a better entrepreneur, leader, friend and romantic partner. It’s returned me back to myself. I never looked back.
After many years of practice and training, I began offering 1:1 coaching. I’ve since expanded to group facilitations, workshops and retreats to teach the incredible power in our emotions.
I work with founders, leaders and movement-makers who are ready to do the work. I meet them with a potent and unique combination of proven startup success and extensive emotional-facilitation experience. It allows me to swing a pendulum between the business and the personal, the founder and the human, the ambitions and the soul.
I also consult and facilitate experiences for DAO’s and collectives. I help them unlock a DAO’s truth and increase performance, participation and harmony through the application of my Truth | Resistance | Choice framework that maps perfectly to personal, interpersonal and collective relationships to truth and emergence.
